Margery won the "Name-Our-Chorus" contest by thinking up "Capital City Sound."  The chorus presented her with this certificate of appreciation (and a month of free dues).

Sharing the Joy of Music.

Quartet members of In Treble Again delighted Doris (center) at her 90th Birthday and again at Christmas time, thanks to a gift from her daughter Chris. Doris is a WWII Navy veteran.

The chorus poses with Santa and Mrs. Claus after singing "Man With the Bag." Everyone loved it when they got up and danced to it. This was at the Autism Society of the Treasure Valley and Toys for Tots event on Dec. 22, 2014, at Firehouse #6, now a community center. The chorus likes to perform for charitable organizations to help them.

Lois and Clarisa pose with Boise State University's Bronco mascot prior to the men's basketball game in December 2014. The Chorus sang the national anthem at Taco Bell Arena to start the game.

Members of the quartet In Treble Again parody the song "Mister Sandman" at the Christmas show. In their version, they plead with Santa to "Bring us some toys."

Debra and Mary ham it up for the camera at Les Bois Racetrack on Idaho Cup day after singing the national anthem and "Here We Have Idaho," out state song.

Members of Capital City Sound weigh and package fresh nuts to be sold at the annual Christmas Show on Dec. 7, 2013.  They packaged a total of 325 pounds of nuts!

Judy and Kathleen take tickets and hand out programs to the Chordsmen-sponsored Boise Youth Barbershop Festival show September 23 at NNU in Nampa. Teens from area schools are introduced to barbershop, are coached by guest professionals (Kim Wonders & Donny Rose this year), and then take the stage to perform what they have learned. An added treat was a performance by winning college-aged quartet The New Originals from Bellevue, Washington.

Andy is "armed" and ready to direct the chorus.
