Capital City Sound Chorus Invites Women to Join Holiday Chorus

BOISE, Idaho – Women who love to sing are invited to experience the joy of four-part a cappella harmony by joining the Capital City Sound Chorus Holiday Chorus this fall.

Beginning Thursday, September 10, 2026, participants will rehearse each Thursday evening from 7:00–8:30 p.m. as they prepare a festive repertoire of six holiday songs. No previous barbershop experience is required—just a willingness to learn, sing, and have fun. On September 10, please arrive at 6:30pm so we can meet and determine your voice part.

Holiday Chorus members will:

• Learn six memorized, four-part a cappella songs.
• Sing alongside the award-winning Capital City Sound Chorus.
• Perform at the chorus' annual Holiday Show on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
• Share holiday music with residents of local assisted living facilities on Saturday, December 5, 2026.

Joining Holiday Chorus is a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends, develop vocal skills, and experience the excitement of performing in 4-part harmony. There is no cost to be a part of Holiday Chorus.

Women of all singing backgrounds and ages are encouraged to participate. Minors will need a guardian present at rehearsals.
